In this Guild meeting we covered the below news. 

1)GUILD STATS over the last week! Ranked #7 this week!
2)PvP and how we can improve as covered in our guild stats below.
3)WAR against Rebirth and Ottoman Empire and Alliance with Noobsters
4)Officers votes now OPEN. Elections close Oct. 31st.

-Votes have been opened to elect 3 new officers since the 15th of July! I am pleased to announce that we have already reached approx 75 votes for nominees.
-Votes close Oct 31st! Now is your last chance to vote for a recruiter you feel is a worthy candidate as Officer. Please PM myself or any Officer IG with you nomination.

**I would like to extent a special thanks all participating members and recruiters in our guild vote. I also want to congratulate nominees for doing a stand up job. If you were nominated its because you are someones hero.**

As always, we have strengths and areas of improvement. This is how we did this week:

3 Things we are doing well with:

1 Activity (Declined)
I am pleased to say that we are still among the most active guilds in this game and will continue to be so if we keep this up. Awesome job!
Tip:
Logging into your account daily will help to maintain and improve this position. So long as your account is logged daily (even for just a second), it will count towards this metric.We need to continue reminding everyone to log in daily for even just a second.

2 PVE Kills (No Change)
I am pleased to report that our Kill/Death Ratio is keeping us competitive. Good job guys!
Tip: 
Keep trying to kill monsters in PVE a lot more than dying!! Though our rank has not changed it would be even better if we could continue working on this metric by farming kills in easy places throughout Normal Shuyal, Wt4 and KM3 (for example). Take this time to farm kills and also taking this time to level up your pets!

3 Achievement Points. (Improved)
I am please to report that in terms of out AP we are still competitive. This value is increasing every week. Im glad to see we're helping each other out!
Tip:
Help each other achieve achievements by helping each other with normal and elite bosses, especially our newest members! Also earn AP for any alts you may have in the guild

3 Things we can improve:

1 AVG Account Age (Improved)
This number has improve slightly from last week now that we have begun recruiting players above level 35.
Tip:
Try to create any alts on the same account as your main, as a new account for an alt will simply impact our metric. Search for players who have high K/D ratio as this is indicative of a player who has been playing for awhile.

2 TDM K/D Ratio (Improved)
We have been creating level 18+ twink teams to farm kills.
Tip:
Best way to improve this stat is by Killing more than Dying in Team Death Match Battles. Please consult Abakebale, Ekuvirouius or Tocoolforyou and XxZetaxX for more twinking details.Take this time to working with our new found PVP allies <NOOBSTERS>. If you see we are outmatched in a game, leave and join a new game. Don't let your personal ego get in the way of losing a perfectly good score.

OVERVIEW


Our activity has been slowly declining. This could have to do with many new players who have not been fully introduced to the guild. I also notice that our 30 day stat has been suffering the most. We're seeing more players take time away as of late. Once they return we can hope to see that metric change. My best advice it to keep helping our newest players get involved with the guild. Ask them about what AP they need and get them motivated to play 

PvP has been on a good improvement streak. In order for us to achieve top 5, we still need to step on on the PvP. At this time in order for a twink to rank, they must be level 18 +.Please see Abakebale, Ekuvirouius and Toocoolforyou and XxZetaxX in order to get more information on our Twink initiative. 

Our new Twink PVP alliance with Noobsters will most certainly be an asset. DO NOT kill them. and DO NOT KILL your own mates. If you wish to kill anyone in our alliance please remove your guild title during the match.
